 Accelerated Learning

    From Preschool to Beyond Tertiary

Teach yourself Accelerated Learning. The Study Guide (page 3) , provides you with an accelerated learning system.

Anyone, from Primary School to Post Graduate level, can develop the simple Skills to help them learn faster, and remember more.

A hundred years ago, Henry Brooks Adams, wrote: 'They know enough  who know how to learn'. And that is what this system can do for you - how to learn faster and more efficiently.

Learning to study correctly and efficiently is just as important as learning the material itself. See Stephanie Lazzaro - Page 2.

Why do students, at every level, require accelerated learning?

Consider how much students must learn today compared with only a generation ago. The amount of information in the world is estimated to double every seven years, and this is reflected in most school and university curricula.

Accelerated learning is a must for scholastic success

Think about this: The great Australian swimming coach, and former teacher,  Laurie Lawrence, says, 'If you are failing to prepare,  you are preparing to fail.'

The 25 pages in this web introduce you to Accelerated Learning, (Scroll down to the index and click on any page, or go the Site Map).

Read about the Study Guide on the accelerated learning system  (go to page 3 to view or page 5 to order the Study Guide).

The Study Guide will also help parents of children who are having problems adjusting to school. There is more information on. (page 18).

There is also a section to help seniors who think they may be having problems with aging memory. (page 20).

[As a qualified hypnotherapist I've now included additional notes with the Study Guide, describing a simple way to induce self-hypnosis, and then how to use it to enhance memory, and deal with other needs]

You cannot afford to be left behind in today's world.

Paul Ruthven, a ‘Futurist, and a ‘Strategist’, says, in 20 years time half the jobs that will be available then, have not yet been created. That you must accept from an early age that you are going to have to reinvent yourself all the way through life.

Your world is becoming increasingly competitive, not only within your own country, but between your country and others with fast developing economies and expertise, plus the effect of Free Trade Agreements. The learning and memory skills necessary to reinvent yourself are prerequisites for your success in the years ahead.

Whether you learn best by seeing, or hearing, or doing  - or even using your computer – the Guide’s principles are fundamental to all methods and all learning systems.

You cannot afford to be left behind in today’s competitive environment – it is too difficult to catch up.

Just starting University? A useful book explains how to cope with the 'pressure-cooker' environment of the university, which will be a completely new experience, academically and socially, and for many, disturbing and confusing to start with. The book is about how to survive life as a student - 'Smarter Student Guide' by Kathleen McMillan & Jonathan Weyers, published by Prentice Hall.
